We studied observations of GPS scintillations and their S4 scintillation index measured by the GPS ROreceivers on board the constellations of COSMIC2/Formosat-7 satellites.   The GPS scintillations were detected in conjunction with the equatorial plasma bubbles observed by the ICON satellite during 2020.   The results shown below were presented at 21st International Beacon Satellite Symposium held at Boston College during 1-5 August, 2022.
